This model is designed for the player that is looking for the "electric" archtop. The guitar has a single pointed cutaway body and features two hum bucking pickups.
Because of the pickups, the two braces on the top plate are running parallel with the pickups. The thickness of the top plate has been increased slightly compared to a purely acoustic designed archtop. This is done to prevent the guitar from going into feedback too early when it is played through an amplifier. Also the back plate is made less sensitive for the same reason.

This model is made in the tradition of the genuine archtop. The guitar has a single round cutaway body.
The braces on the top plate are attached in the traditional way, running from (wider at) the tailblock to (closer at) the neckblock.
Wooden binding used throughout, a non inlayed ebony fretboard and unbound "F" holes with chamfered edges enhances the beauty and exclusive look of the guitar.
